Purpose

Cortex is a free puzzle game. Nothing is sold, there is no electronic contracting, and there is no user registration.

Intellectual property

The code, text and graphics of Cortex are original works of its owner.

Cortex takes its structure from The Lost Mind of Dr. Brain (Sierra On-Line, 1995): a collection of puzzles exercising different mental skills. It shares no code, art, audio, text or characters with that game, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by its rights holders. Trade marks named here belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for identification only.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. The owner does not guarantee continued availability of the site and accepts no liability for damages arising from its use.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. Any dispute falls to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless consumer legislation provides otherwise.
